Rating: Summary: weak customer support Review: The iPronto works as advertised except for the EPG subscription. I get conflicting statements from the device and the web site. The message on the iPronto itself reports that I do not have an authentic Philips device. Phone support has no idea what's going on and I've received no response from repeated emails. Heavy workloads are understandable, but most companies will offer some kind of acknowledgment; even an automated response would be welcome.
