Summary: Great overview of the Bill of Rights and the Courts.
Review: Rossum and Tarr have enclosed, in a simple and easily used volume, a good examination of the important caselaw relating to the bill of rights. The authors' commentary is thoughtful and concise, and the edited cases are very accessible without being so edited as to remove the substance of the law. A fine book for anyone looking to introduce themselves to Constitutional Law.
