Review: This is your average law school textbook. For the layman (and sometimes even for the seasoned law student) legal cases can be hard to understand. Sometimes the notes at the end of the cases help, but sometimes they don't.

I used Aspen publishers' casenote book to help me along in understanding the cases in this book. I have a review that highly recommends that casenote book.
