Review: For anyone who truly wants to make a difference in this country, are concerned about those who are eroding the American way life, and want to stand up for what is right, this book is a must read. I just read it and feel empowered as a single citizen to be able do something! Darrell Ankarlo says everything that has been on my mind for years but I couldn't effectively put into words and didn't know what to do about it. Now I do. This book has given me a reason to stand up and be counted in a more visible way to save the country I love from those who would tear down the moral fiber on which it was built. It will shock you, encourage you, and even bring you to tears in places. But it goes beyond that; it gives detailed, practical ways to use your talents to help this great nation.
If conservatives want to save a rapidly deteriorating country, they must get involved--and quickly. This book tells them how. There is power in one person with conviction standing up for what is right; even more so if two, or three, or a thousand stand together. Please read it--and get involved!

Now onto my review of the book...
I just finished reading Mr. Ankarlo's book and I am grateful he wrote it! This book opened my eyes to things I was not aware of; you know the kind of things that you should have known and afterwards kind of say to yourself "well duh". This book is insightful, resourceful and provoking; causing the reader to be very aware of the need to stand up and make a difference while providing a plethora of contact information and resources to empower the reader into the action it provokes. Great job Darrell! Great job to all who make a difference! Great job to all those who serve and have served to keep this nation free, THANK YOU! And God bless the USA!!!

Summary: A good idea gone wrong!
Review: I purchased this book thinking I would have help in establishing myself in reclaiming my political power. Afterall, all I can change is myself. But, after
reading the first five pages or so, I was totally turned off by a very strong, right wing
tirade of why the liberals have ruined America and how the red necks of Texas were going to show me how to reclaim what I supposedly have lost. I believe this is the very reason for the polarization of America. Any way, I could not finish the book as it was offensive to me and my conviction that a "how to book" should not be promoting anyone's personal agenda. I do not recommend this book for anyone and find it a waste of money, paper and time. Just watch Fox News and you can get polarization for free.

Summary: Great! Great! Great!
Review: It's about time somebody reminded us about the history of this great nation! The author takes us through the formation of America--with many items I had never heard before--and then links the Cold War Communist attacks on our culture and how their subtle trails remain.

I don't consider myself a blatant Conservative but found the author's personal experiences to be inspiring and the "how to" material in the final section was practical and insightful. I thought he blended political, volunteer, event coordination and media details in a very easy-to-follow manner. The Q & A with key leaders was right on target.

I am motivated to get involved.

Summary: Buy This Book If You Want To Get Sick
Review: Reading this trash made me sick quite honestly I could not finish it. Here is a guy who apparently likes to come off as bi-partisan but in all actuality Ankarlo is self-righteous, gay bashing, racist hate- monger, pre-Madonna, Beck, O'Reilly, "wanna be" jerk, with an ego the size of Texas.

I was hoping find that out what America has lost? Only thing that is really lost is himself in himself. I was hoping to get something out of this book also, but all I got was bunch of garbage from a guy who likes to hear himself talk. Do NOT waste your hard earned money on this book. However I DO recommend this book if you want to fall asleep or get sick and call into work the next day.

Review: The book seems to be written by a patriot, but on further inspection you have a writer who makes Buchanan look liberal and is anything but a patriot. I think the book shows how unpatriotic and unamerican the author is, by claiming to have the answers to fix America, then to listen to him he does nothing but bad mouth hard working Americans who are trying to make a difference instead of stand on a soapbox and preach. The book is nothing more then babblings of an ego centric author who claims to know how to fix America. If the book is that good, we should have elected the book as President.

Review: This is an excellent book written by a great patriot. I found inspiration to actually get involved and do what I can to fix America. I suggest this book for young adults who do not yet have a grasp on where America came from, where it is now, and where it should be.

Review: This is the most detailed and highly researched (and sourced) book I have ever read! I listen to Darrell Ankarlo daily on 570 KLIF in DFW. I'm glad to see that his book is of the same great quality that his daily morning show is. Darrell has changed my life over the course of the last few years. He has opened my eyes to what is going on around me, and is a constant motivator to me and the rest of his audience. Darrell leads by example and encourages others to lead their charge as well. I truly believe the "nay-sayers" whom I see commenting on this book just don't get it!

Review: Very insightful and interesting. If our public school history curriculum included more of our actual history (like in this book) instead of biased trash written by Ivy League liberals, we might have a more inlightened and realistic America. Good read for finding out where we really came from and where we are heading; and how to change this downward direction.
