Summary: A great book for student procrastinators
Review: Finally a book that addresses student-specific reasons for procrastination. This book gives insight into the six types of procrastinators and lets you categorize your type through short quizzes. Although it offers a lot of information about WHY we procrastinate, I wish the book said more about HOW to stop this terrible problem. I'd like to see audio tapes made for the book's creative visualization exercises.

Summary: great book, lots of good ideas
Review: Oh, if only I could just snap my fingers and stop putting things off. But alas, I know that's impossible. That's why this book is so good. It helped me understand why I procrastinate. The quizzes are fun. I discovered I'm a dreamer and a crisis-maker. And the ideas that this book gave me to help me stop procrastinating are very useful. Just putting a few into practice has made a difference in my life. And I like the author's writing style. I keep reminding myself of one thing she said. Procrastination is like a credit card. It's a lot of fun until you get the bill.

Summary: Waste of Time and Money
Review: This book identifies 6 styles of procrastination. The thing is I didn't fit into any of them and after reading the book, I still procrastinated. I don't understand why I do it and the book hasn't helped me at all.
