Summary: Excellent book even if you're not mad all the time.
Review: When I bought this book, I definitely didn't think I was mad all the time or even some of the time. I just had a bad temper that was getting me in trouble. While reading this book, I realized that I am much more angry than I realized. I read about what would happen to me if I continued this way. This book taught me how to really control my temper. This book can work for anyone if you are committed to following what it says. It's great to not feel guilty about "losing it" anymore!!
