Review: I love the Chronicles of Narnia! They show great creativity! My favorite one is The Last Battle because of how C.S. Lewis writes about the worlds having shadow lands.

Review: The Narnia series is classic with good reason. Each of the stories is well written and full of meaning, and Aslan is a very good allegorical representation of Jesus. These are great books if you would like to get closer to God, or if you don't know Him at all and would like to. They come with the highest recommendation of everyone I know who's read them.

Review: As a lover of children's literature, I must say that these books are the finest fiction I've ever read. Not only do they lead the imagination on a grand adventure; they also address difficult real-life issues gracefully. This series is a must-read for children of any age!

Summary: The Magicians Nephew
Review: The story is about a girl named Polly and a boy named Digory. The adventure off to this fantasy land by rings made by Digorys uncle Andrew. They meet a witch named Jadis at the palace of Charn and take her to London. The problem is that Digorys mother is very ill. I can't the solution or I would ruin the book.

Summary: We all agree The Chronicles are wonderful books.
Review: However, no one can agree on the right order. I'm sure it does not matter which order you read the books in. The first book I read was Prince Caspian, then I went back and read the others from the original publishing order. I think The Magician's Nephew should have been left in the original order. Yes, it may make more sense being first, but much liked the surprise of findin out who the Professor was after already knowing him.

Review: I think the Complete Chronicles of Narnia is an excelent idea, and I think the publisher made an excelent choice at putting the series in the chronilogical order. I recommend this book to anyone who is either already interested in C.S.Lewis' books or just wanting an interesting, enjoyable read, it's even better now that the pictures are hand coloured by the original illustrator Pauline Baynes. - They've done a great job!

Review: these are wonderful books for any ages!!! i enjoyed all of them and read them on a vacation like xmas or summer. they only take 1-2 days to read because they are really wonderful. you walk away from reading these feeling wisser and wonderful!
