Summary: Out of this world.
Review: When I was still really young and living in China, by chance I picked up a book called "Magic Chair" that was translated into Chinese. I did not realize it was part of a series. I thought the story was fascinating and hungered for more, but I couldn't find any more similiar books at the time in China. The book certainly made an impression in my mind. Years later, I was going to high school in Utah. While browsing books in a book store, I saw the boxed set of CON. While skim through the book, imagine my surprise when I found out that the Silver Chair in this series was the same "Magic Chair" I read so long time ago. I bought the set, and read it all. Now years later, I just graduated from MIT with a Master's degree. When my parents comes visit me for my Commencement in June, I will ask them to bring me the box set with them. I want to read these "Children's" books again, even though I am 21 years old now.

Summary: Meat for the soul, Candy for the mind (tough on the eyes)
Review: For people who know the story and beliefs of Christianity this book awakens ideas and refocuses our hearts on the truths that we so often forget. These books remind me that though this world seems very real, it's history reads like a fairy tale. The truth in reality, as well as in Narnia, is perhaps the hardest adventure in which to partake. I love Lewis. I give this set 35 stars, five for each book.

Summary: If you love ANY of these stories, you'll love this!
Review: The wonderful stories speak for themselves. This particular edition is beautiful to look at as well. A real treasure! I grew up having these books read to me at summer camp, and at home in my family. I've never outgrown the love I have for them!

Review: At 18 I can still not get enough of this series of books. Although they target young adults, they are a series that when studied offer incredible insights into the theory of time and space. These are quite simply the best books ever written. Lewis is an incredible author.

Summary: I read The Silver Chair, and it was very good!
Review: I have read The Silver Chair. It is very interesting. I would not want to go through all the risks and adventourous that they did, but I think that Jane (Pole) and Eusetice (Scrubb) were very brave to risk their lives for this prince that they had no idea about. I also think that the plot is very well thought-out. C.S. Lewis is a fantastic author, on my point of view!!!

Summary: Excellent series for younger readers!!!
Review: I still enjoy reading some of these books even now, and I'm far from childhood! I think the best books are those in the middle of the series, with my personal favorites being "The Horse and His Boy" and "The Silver Chair". I can't say this series is superior to Tolkien's "Lord of the Rings", but for a younger audience it's perfect!

Review: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader is a book full of adventure and mystery. Everything seems so real! I have read all of Lewis' books and I have loved all of them. Lewis is a fascinating writer. Reepicheep, the mouse, is really brave for a mouse. The stories are great!!!!!!!!

Review: The Chronicles of Narnia is probably the most imaginary series of books ever written. Throughout the many books, the evil villians, the talking animals, and the strange creatures that are met all bring you to being more attached to Aslan and the children. You will find yourself mourning or celebrating with the characters. The Chronicles of Narnia will undoubtably become classics if they aren't already!

Summary: My all-time favorite books
Review: This is the series that really got me to read. I fell in love with all the characters and frequently return to this wonderful land for a story or two (I'm now 25). I highly recommend this series for any age.
