Summary: Eat it, Libs
Review: Choosing to ignore the obvious truth of everything Ms. Coulter has written in Treason, liberals have resorted to whining about her verbal barbs and impassioned speech.

Get the net, fellas.

Finally, a conservative mouthpiece who can be equally as vicious as the liberals. She can dish it out, and all of a sudden they can't take it. Treason is nothing short of brilliant - and Ms. Coulter's furious wording gives exposure to things like the Venona Cables, which have been discussed at great length in more mundane works yet do not receive the recognition they need and deserve.

Kudos to Ann - buy the book, get a history lesson. Hell, buy two!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Coulter strikes again!
Review: Like Slander, Ann Coulter's Treason is more a dissertation than a typical work of non fiction. Ann writes a thoroughly researched piece, with footnotes supporting every claim. As the saying goes, the truth will set you free. Ann certainly provides the truth, and in doing so cuts through years of propaganda and rumors.

Summary: Great revisit of American history
Review: Ann presents a new perspective for viewing an interesting period in American history and in the review of liberal anti-american behaviour over the past 40 years.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Very well documented
Review: For those who have slammed this book, especially in terms of accuracy, I point out that it has 46 pages of end notes. This is a well documented book.

True, Ann uses hyperbole and metaphor in her book, and sometimes comes off as strident. But the fundamental questions are:
(1) Were there Soviet spies in the US government? Answer - yes.
(2) Were there self professed liberals covering up this information and impeding investigations into uncovering the spies? Answer - yes.
(3) Was McCarthy the spearhead in the Senate uncovering Soviet spies in the US government? Answer - yes.
(4) Have self professed liberals vocally sided with those nations, political movements, and individuals who are or have been enemies of the United States? Answer - yes.

Ergo, her fundamental thesis is accurate, and thus the title. Very educational. 5 stars.

Summary: Lefties just can't Handle the TRUTH
Review: Here it is - the COLD HARD TRUTH! As Jack Nickelson said in "A Few Good Men", "The truth? YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH!" If you're a leftist liberal type, you probably won't be able to handle this book either. However, if you can put blinders on to the biased influence of your teachers and the mainstream media and actually sit down and read this excellent book with an open mind, you'll actually learn something.

Besides, Ann Coulter has an entertainingly sharp wit. You'll learn, you'll laugh, you'll cry (at lefties). HA!

I have added this book to my "Truthbrary". Other important books in this collection are: "Bias"- Bernard Goldberg, "Hell To Pay"- Barbara Olson, "Sell Out"- David Schippers, "Blood Sport"- James B. Stewart, "Senatorial Privilege"-Leo Damore, and "Back To The Republic"-Harry F. Atwood.

Summary: The truth hurts...liberals, that is.
Review: Ann Coulter again holds up a revealing light to the dark corners of liberalism in "Treason". This time, she brings ammunition in the way of facts to expose the truth about the McCarthy era.

Eye opening and filled with footnotes backing up her claims, the book makes a great read that will alter many Americans' views of this period of history.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Definitive Reading
Review: There is little else to say. Ann Coulter backs up everything with facts and the facts speak for themselves. Americans should be terrified of the liberal attacks on our freedoms and Anne spells them out. Great read!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Best Political Work in Years
Review: Definitely the best political work in years, accurate and a real irritant to the Marxist, socialist UN leftists who hate America, because it exposes them for what they are!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Aggressive, humorous, and scholarly Antidote to Media Toxins
Review: "Treason" is a brilliant book. Ann Coulter is a superb historian: she works from primary sources and gives only direct quotes to illustrate her theses. She melds factual history with her passionate and principled reaction to the Liberal Nonsense with which Americans have been bombarded for decades. She is criticized by some for being too harsh or sarcastic. I, for one, consider her tone to be perfectly appropriate. She even attempts to answer the very important question of why Liberals are the way they are. Her answer is based in a knowledge of Human Psychology and Philosophy: Liberals desperately want to feel like Gods.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Heady Stuff
Review: Ann Coulter is not an authur for those who enjoy a light read. She has taken a topic that stirs contoversy and causes some to attack her without basis in facts. Ann has taken the time to document what she writes. When you read this book, take the time to check out the documentation and see if what she writes rings true. Many reviews written here are based in political bias (including this one), however, read with an open mind to the documentation and you will have to agree that Joe was demonized to some extent. The book will make you rethink the potential dangers that exist in American politics.
