Rating: Summary: stop lying... Review: It's useless... I bought one last month and started to use it for preparing the AP Exam... but it's useless... the tricks are "common sense" and the practice problems are too easy... if you really wanna buy a good review book... use Barron or Princeton Review...

Rating: Summary: This book is great and my high school students love it. Review: The type in the book is easy to read and the examples are easy to follow. A couple of my students started using it last week and they say it explains things better than their textbook does.
Rating: Summary: Great book, underrated series Review: To bluefox2003: A lot of students, myself included, find the Barron's a bit too technical and dry. I went to the bookstore and saw 5 Steps to a 5, not expecting much, but it turned out to be, for me at least, the most clear, concise, interesting, yet still complete and full review of AP Chem. It reads like a friend explaining the ideas to you. Not a dumb friend, either, but one who is interested in AP Chem, talking to someone who is interested in AP Chem. If you think that the problems are too easy, it might be because they are, in fact, supposed to be that easy when they are explained well. Just my two cents.
