Review: I enjoyed this book very much. There are many good ideas to get you thinking. This book is not to be followed word for word like many other Wicca books. Scott wants to give readers ideas in which to form their own spiritual path. I was also relieved that this book didn't come off like a man's book. Wicca is primarily thought of as a women's religion and I was skeptical at first to read a book written by a man but he did a great job.

Review: I have found this the best Solitary Guide to Wicca available. It is concise, easy to read, and it shows the reader just how customisable the Wiccan religion is. It is a great book and I recommend it to anyone who is searching for an alternative faith.

Review: A wonderful book. Once again Scott Cunnningham has shared his insight of Wicca. This time, focusing on the Solitary. He explains well the key elements of Wicca. He however, does not take the persons hand and lead them along the way... the reader has breathing room to experiment with exactly how they wish to go about their approach to Wicca. Wonderful, Scott, so sad to see you leave us.. Merry meet, merry part, and hopefully, merry meet again.

Review: This was the first book I read in my beginning studies of Wicca. I found it to be a tremendous help. Everything is written in a clear and easy to understand manner. It is great for the beginner and very useful to any solitary's library. I highly recommend it.

Review: This was my first attempt at learning Witchcraft and Cunningham made everything very understandable. It gives many suggestions on how to proceed, but does not make you feel like you will be doing something wrong if it doesn't follow things to the letter. Simply put, this is great for beginners and a good review for every Wicca.

Review: If you are new to the Path, this should be one of, if not the first book, that you read. Cunningham is clear and concise and tells you the basics without preaching. I recommend it to everyone that is starting out. I just read it again and I'm sure I will even more throughout my journey.

Review: This book is probably the ideal starting text to read. Cunningham stresses throughout what I feel is truly important: individualism in spirituality. Unfortunatey many other books forget this and I'm sure many readers conclude that what they have read is correct and 'the way it ought to be'. Nothing becomes so concrete unless you make it so, and this is the prime lesson that is taught within "Wicca: A guide for the Solitary Practitioner"
