Summary: Good and bad
Review: Well... It's a solid beginner's book. I found it pretty useful in the beginning. My copy is stained with pomegranate juice from my first Samhain. And it does provide a good guide to Wiccan practices. But.... if you are looking for an in-depth exploration of Wiccan thealogy and worldview, this is not it... try The Spiral Dance.

Summary: It couldn't get any better!!!
Review: This was the first book I bought on Wicca and it really gave the push I needed. I found it to be the ideal for beginners like me that are just getting started in the craft and need a book that explains all the basics. I couldn't put it down while reading it and found myself comming back to it almoust every day. It even comes with a little "Book of shadows" so you can start practising on your own. If you are just curious about wicca or want to follow its path, but want to practise on a solitary bases, this is the book for you.

I thank Scott Cunningham for this wonderful book.

Blessed be.

Summary: Solid beginners handbook
Review: This book is for the beginning or the curious. Covers basic topics such as tools, holidays(sabbats) and an introductory book of shadows (read it if you don't know what that is). A nice format and non-patronizing tone. I gave it only three stars becasue it could be a little more in depth.
