Summary: Well worth reading
Review: "A Lethal Legacy" by Patracia Behnke maintains a level of suspense throughout, with a few surprises at the end. It tells a story and teaches a lesson at the same time. Family members may not always meet our expectations - but neither do we. It is well written and definitely worth reading.
Willim F. Roberts, Author of "Bonus time - One Pilot's Story of World War II"

Summary: Endearingly honest
Review: A Lethal Legacy leaves the reader with the hope that even with the most gregious mistakes made in a lifetime, forgiveness and redemption are only around the corner. The characters, while not always perfect, represent the reality in all of us. We all have a little bit of Ed Townsend inside of us, even though we'd like to keep our superiority over those who we judge. The journey through the eyes of an author as he examines the lives around him and then eventually his own led me to make some changes and realizations in my own life.

Summary: A REAL EYE OPENER
Review: I was enchanted by Ms. Behnke's first book, A Victorian Justice so I eagerly awaited this new work. WOW....how great it is. For the first time I have real insight into the pain and trauma a family goes through when one of their own steps to a different drummer. The characters are well developed...I can see Kristina vividly....and I CARE about them all. The emotions and interactions of every member of this family are vividly brought to life. The ending is a shock....and I hated to have it end. I can't wait for Ms. Behnke's next novel.
