Summary: Couldn't put it down!
Review: Reading someone's first novel can be a chore, but this was a hard to put down book. It reminded me of David Baldacci books- intricately woven plots, lots of Washington insider information and large number of characters. Sometimes it gets a little hard to follow the people, but it's worth the effort.

Summary: Couldn't put it down!
Review: The author has done a fantastic job of character development! The hero is believable as a real person with his own strengths and flaws. I was drawn into his pain and anger over the death of his close friend and his obsession in finding those responsible. The plot is believable as well, in that prescription drug abuse is a problem from today's newspapers. I can't wait to see what Mr. Taylor follows with this first novel.
