Rating: Summary: Jake Ghosts a Broadway Play Review: Jake O'Hara is drafted into ghosting a Broadway musical by her on and off boyfriend Dennis Kim. Her mother is deep into her wedding plans to Jake's other off and on again's father. During rehearsals, the leading lady is brutally murdered. As usual Jake and her ghostwriting friends can't help but get involved, if only to get the investigation over with before Maura's wedding. Helping out are Zelda Fitzgerald and her buddies in the Beyond.I always enjoy this series, and Maura's wedding arrangements along with a murder only add to the fun. The characters are great and the story line moves along very quickly. I read this one in one sitting.
Rating: Summary: YET ANOTHER MYSTERY CLASSIC FROM NOREEN WALD! Review: Once again Wald has given us a great mystery you simply won't be able to put down. The same day I bought Enter Dying I stayed up until 2:30 in the morning to finish it. I just couldn't sleep until I got to bottom of this one! In this, the latest in the Ghostwriter series, we catch up with the unforgetable Jake O'Hara as she gets mixed up in yet another wacky caper. This time the setting is Broadway and Noreen Wald captures the excitement, back-stabbing and sheer nuttiness of the Great White Way with the same punchy prose which got me hooked with the first Ghostwriter mystery several years ago. If you're already a fan of Jake O'Hara you'll love Enter Dying. If you haven't yet met Jake, her mother Maura, Gypsy Rose Leibowitz, Too Tall Tom, Modesty, Ben, Dennis and the rest of the Ghostwriter gang, get ready for a great time. Highly Recommended!
