Review: I read a not-so-flattering account of this novel and thought it deserved a break. Very simply put - I liked it! The reader will not find a smut-filled, disrespectful tale of the Catholic Church, but rather a web of intrigue, a little lust and loyalty. It kept me turning pages. Unbelievable? Perhaps. But an enjoyable work of fiction, nonetheless.
