Review: In his second book about a retired professor's more or less accidental involvement in solving crimes, the author picks up the hot topic of shareholder fraud. The book is fast-paced and suspenseful. I particularly enjoyed encountering the characters from "Old Dogs, New Tricks" again and accompanying them during their work as well as their personal journeys.

Anyone who likes Donna Leon's mysteries, should read this book and its prequel, because they deliver a mix of suspense, social criticism and interesting main characters that is very similar to Leon's books about Commissario Brunetti's adventures.
