Summary: Joyce Holms epitomizes crime mystery with humour.
Review: Ms. Holms' 'Buchanan & Fizz' characters are so well drawn that in this, her seventh book starring the couple, the reader feels at home with them from the very first sentence.
From a start which has one 'hooked' from the first couple of pages, through a crime mystery which is solved at the end, the reader is taken along on a joyous ride within Edinburgh, Scotland's beautiful capital city and out into the surrounding countryside.
The other supporting characters are well drawn and, as always with Ms. Holms' books, interesting in their own right. The plot is unique, as are all this author's plots.
Each book is a story unto itself so if the reader can't find all of her books, although, I urge them to try, one can still enjoy each book to the fullest.
Fizz & Buchanan books would make a wonderful TV series.
