Review: Found this book to be exciting and well written. Refreshing change in setting (Africa) and interesting plot. Sacranie has a great writing style which flows well. Book is also educational, given the setting in Africa and centered on the idealism of youth and painful maturing process in a dangerous environment. Enjoyed it a lot and look forward to the sequel. Seems to have set this up.

Review: This is a good book. Strong plot and very good pace. Powerfully written. Being an Indian who left Kenya years ago, I could see some of myself in the main character. Difference is that Sacranie got Yuri to do what some of us wish we did. Held my interest right to the very end.
