Rating: Summary: I was afraid I would confess Review: The suspense over the victim's survival plus the meticulous tracking of the kidnappers was enough to keep me turning the pages all night and make this book exceptional. But then, there was the second thrust of the polygraph examination. It was surprisingly thrilling to be led step by step through how this tool works. When I sat down with The Professor, I was scared that I would slip-up and confess to something I didn't do! I actually sweated thru this chapter. And the Kogan guy is an absolutely total jerk!

Rating: Summary: Exciting and Informative Review: When No One Pursues is an exciting and informative journey into the inside of an FBI kidnapping investigation. My heart was pumping with fear and anticipation over the fate of poor Jenny! The fact that this story is based on actual events that Len Burton experienced as an FBI special agent made the twists and turns of the investigation even more believable. The character deveopment was very effective, I loved to hate Charles Krogan! I will be looking forward to future books by Len Burton!
