Review: Chick Kelly is an upper east side comedy club owner who always seems to find his way into a mystery. Chick is cool, Chick is Hip and tres tres New York. Anyone who has ever been to New York or wanted to go to New York will certainly enjoy these short stories. Rafferty's characters are rich and full of life. You can almost reach out and touch regular such as Trish Loman and Ling the waiter. His dialogue is urbane and witty. The reader will breeze through these short stories in no time - and find him/herself wanting more.
