As one contemplates the movie that will be made out of this bitter, but sentimental story, one wishes that the ideal cast members were still around -- David Niven as Alan Fisk, Myrna Loy as his wife, Wallace Beery as Dusty McGinty, and Humphrey Bogart as Cass Cutler.

Meticulously researched, At Fault is a brilliant, engaging, informative, entertaining, original and highly recommended novel that draws the reader into a storm of power struggles, blame games, clashing agendas, and conflicting egos.
