Review: I bought this book based on Frank Thomas' "Sherlock Holmes and the Golden Bird" Well, that book was a big four stars at the least. But these stories just don't measure up to the brilliance of that novel. Maybe it was the lack of using Watson's voice to tell the stories. I mean the stuff was there, but I failed to appreciate the presentation. Three Sherlock stars, reluctantly, from The Blade.
