Review: Greencove is an action adventure novel with elements of love, death, science fiction, and a contest of power within "Star Wars."

Shell Scott, a freelance reporter and Secret Service special agent, is sent to investigate mysterious green lights sighted at a suspected UFO crash site - on his own property in the Florida Keys. He discovers a military satellite named THOR caused the crash and now threatens an orbiting space shuttle. During his investigation, Scott finds himself in a hornet's nest of corruption, power and lies, as he travels from the Keys to northern Florida, the Oval Office, and Abbicus Cay. He engages in car and boat chases, shoot-outs with aliens, and is nearly killed in the process.

Mr. Pedrick's effective use of dialogue makes this a rapid-paced page turner. He judiciously weaves the plot through a myriad of action packed scenes.The gripping details make me wonder if some of this could be autobiographical?
