Review: I didn't understand what had happened in Yugoslavia, Why did the Serbs, the Croats, the Bosnians, the Albans, act the way th ey did,until I read Blood Red Moon by Tibor Timothy Vajda. The description of the characters and the places is so vivid, it puts you in the middle of the action. And there is plenty of action! You learn the worries, the hopes and the plans of the protagonists and of the powers behind them.They fight for what they believe in. Sometime they win, sometime they fall. The events are sculpting the people, change them.

The kaleidoscope of the unravelling Yugoslavia keeps you turning the pages. You can not help barracking for the goodies and hope that the baddies wil not win at the end. Thoroughly entertaining.
