Review: I didn't read this book. I devoured it! My work suffered, meals didn't get cooked, and phone calls went unanswered. I nearly finished it in one sitting.

The book is peppered with delicious phrases, such as "Jimmy was thin as a greyhound but with no suggestion of speed" and sub-plots abound, leading one to believe that a specific outcome is certain... only to be surprised again, and again, and again.

Here's hoping there will be more Brighton Doyle mysteries. I can't wait for the next one!
