Review: An unseen Kasey Riteman witnesses a brutal murder in the rural countryside surrounding Nashville. Kasey devises a plan to expose the murderer, without implicating herself as a witness, not wanting to prompt the killer (a cold-blooded deviant dubbed "Joeyboy") to seek revenge against her. She has a clever plan, but it quickly unravels in this intelligently written, fast-paced, suspensful mystery from H. Michael Frase.

Review: H. Michael Frase is a gifted author. This book had me hooked from beginning to end. If you like mystery, murder and romance this is the book for you. The characters jump off the page and make you care what happens to them. This is one of the most spellbinding first novels I've ever read. I look forward to this authors future books.

Review: I liked this book, but I thought it was a little too long. There wasn't a lot of suspense or excitement in the middle of the story. However, I did like the characters and the plot. I would buy another book by this author.
