I am impressed with the content and excitement of this story. As I read the story, I found myself, at 71 years of age, back in my childhood. This story is alive, it is detailed enough to help the reader actually visualize the scenes and feel the emotions and content of the story, as if you are there.

I detect a deeper esoteric meaning to this story. Without going into religion, the story takes you into a rather meditative state, where one finds peace which can ready him or her to accept the abundance of heaven. This is great preparation for children or adults to understand the mysteries of life and how to maintain a positive mental outlook, until you reach your goal. When we do hold positive thoughts and have the excitement of children, and when we set our goals, work becomes easy and good things happen to you and the people around you. There is harmony in your life, as well.

This story does bring out the emotions in you, when you feel the joy of innocent children practicing and playing at life. I actually shed some tears of joy while reading this story.

The meaning of this story must be how this author is able to overcome her sight impairment and accomplish her dreams, and as Mother Teresa said, "When life gives you difficulty, do it anyway."
