Summary: Well written but the plot is weak
Review: This was the first and only book I have read by Womack and it did not impress me very much. The characters and dialogue were well done but the plot is very weak and overly simplistic. The solution to the case just falls right into the detective's hands without him having to figure anything out. All in all, somewhat of a disappointment.

Summary: What do you mean.....
Review: What do you mean, falls into the detectives hands? He had to work to get the evidence, which was illegal to obtain, and sometimes, things in life just hit us, coming from nowhere. I personally loved this second edition into the Harry Denton series. As a writer myself, I am never any good at filler, but Steven makes it look like icing on the cake. The dialogue and story line were as crisp and tight as ever, and the solution was not only probable, but scary as hell. I read the last fifty pages in twenty minutes! Steven, pat yourself on the back for another outstanding book! I can't wait for "Way Past Dead!"
