Summary: Shallow characters and poorly researched
Review: A very disappointing book. The story is simply beyond belief. The actions of David Kirk and Judge Malachi would have had them both disbarred. I can understand the author not bothering himself with learning something about the law, but where was the editor? The characters were wooden. It has been a long time since I read a book this bad.
