Rating: ![4 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-4-0.gif) Summary: Fast-paced and Fun! Review: "Hidden Star" is the first book in Nora Roberts' "Stars of Mithra" series and I found it highly entertaining. It kept my attention the whole way through and contained a very original storyline. Bailey walks into Cade Parris' Private Investigator's office on a rainy day with quite a dilemma. She has no idea who she is and has a bag containing over a million dollars in cash, a gun, and a giant blue diamond. She hires Cade to find out who she is and what has happened to her, and their adventure begins there. Cade and Bailey find themselves immediately drawn to each other, and the whirlwind romance they share amidst the mayhem around them is sexy and fun. The story is well-written and does not take the path of a usual amnesia story. If you enjoy innovative and fast-paced mystery/romance, this book will not disappoint. Despite the fact that it is a relatively short novel, the characters are well-developed and also very likeable. This book is just good, clean fun!

Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: A suspenseful beginning to a great series Review: Bailey couldn't remember anything, only the fear that consumed her. In deperation she went to a phone book and then to a Private Eye named Cade Paris. Cade Paris would help her as much as he could, but would it be enough? This is a wonderfully written novel that is enjoyable and full of mystery. I couldn't put it down and then I couldn't wait to get my hands on the next one in the series. Nora Roberts is very talented and it shows.
Rating: ![3 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-3-0.gif) Summary: Another Heroine with Amnesia.... Review: Cade Parris is a private investigator. He's also handsome, single, AND super rich. (Aren't they all?) When a beautiful woman walks into his office seeking to hire him, to discover her true identity...Cade is intrigued. Instead of directing "Bailey" to the nearest medical clinic, he takes the case, determined to help her discover herself. (Rolls eyes). I like Nora Roberts, and think she's an excellent writer, I just didn't care for the silly amnesia subplot. It just seemed a little...Icky. (Romance with someone who doesn't know who she is, seems distasteful somehow), Coupled with that, I found it unethical of Cade to become involved with a client. Overall, I've read better Roberts books. This seemed a little contrived to me.

I was on edge most of the book wondering what was going to happen. she keeps me very interested and don't want to put it down. I can't wait for the other two to come out and I will read them too.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Star Series is Wonderful. What a Great Read. Review: I LOVE Nora Roberts books. Bailey has amnesia and she hires Cade to help her find out about herself. With a pile of money,a gun, a diamond worth a lot, a mysterious lady and a man- this mystery/romance is worth the read. I thought it was kind of ironic to have amnesia and hire an PI to find yourself. What a different twist to the typical amnesia romance story. Of course, that is why I Love Nora Roberts books so much, because they are not typical. These three were no exception. The one complaint that I would have with these three is that the definately work better if you read them in order. This is very rarely the case with Nora Roberts series. Usually each book in a series can stand alone or be read out of order with little loss in clarity. However, this series seemed to build on each other.
Rating: ![4 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-4-0.gif) Summary: Good reads! Review: I love Nora Roberts, particularly when she writes a triology. This one is no exception. Interesting characters, great romance/sex, and a fascinating storyline that ties the books together. The bad guy is almost too bad to be believed but hey that's what escapist fiction is all about, right?
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Loved it! Review: It starts like all great detective novels or does it? Yes, the beautiful blonde wallks into our hero's office, but how many other times is the hero standing in the middle of an overturned office plant and a pot of spilled coffee? And the beautiful blonde wants to hire our hero to help her find HERSELF. You see, she has amnesia and she thinks she may be in trouble. This is Nora Roberts at her best. Bailey and Cade are such wonderful characters that you can't help but get caught up in their adventure. If you are a fan of Nora Roberts, you'll love this one. If you just like romance and adventure in general, you'll be charmed too.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: A great start to a series! Review: This was a great start to this "star " series. I can't wait to read the next. I am a true fan of Nora Roberts and love all her novels. I think she is the most wonderful suspenseful romantic writer and I absolutely love her mystery series "in death". I normally don't read the silhouette, Harlequin genre and after reading this I am not sure why. Like a lot of Nora's books it is a series and should be read in order so that is what I intend to do. Bailey is a mysterious women who has a gun, a diamond, a lot of money and amnesia. She hires a Private investigator named Cade to find herself as she only has flashes of who she thinks she is. The story is short and fast paced and a wonderful mystery and romance. It is great for a quick read if you are one who can't put a book down until the end and don't have a lot of time.
