Review: To Live and Die in the Philippines is an action pact adult novel taking place during the mid to late 80s,a turmoil filled time in that country's history. Although the book is fiction, you recieve educational insights, history and details about the Philippines only an insider would know.
The book is definitely not for children due to language, sexual content, and graphic violence. But if you're looking for an action pact novel taking place in the exotic, jungles, back alleys, bars and brothels of the Far East, this is the book for you. Discussions are in progress to make this into a movie. I see why.
