Rating: Summary: Adventure and travel after 75! Review: I enjoyed the excitement and challenge so well presented by this author through the eyes of the 79 yr. old Rina. It is a well-conceived and well-developed mystery/travel tale well told!!!
Rating: Summary: Adventure and travel after 75! Review: This book is a really great read!! The authors use of language is artful. She sketches out with just a few words scenes so well you feel that you are there seeing the goings on. For mystery lovers everywhere, Marian Skedgell is a discovery that is sure to delight. I love that her main character is an older woman--we all know an older woman with the vitality and intelligence that she displays. Read this book!!

Rating: Summary: Rina Halloran Is a Treasure Review: What do Roxbury author Marian Skedgell and her fictional character, Rina Halloran, have in common? Both women are in their 80s and have beaten the odds--Rina fighting to prove she isn't a KGB spy and Mrs. Skedgell proving to the publishing world that, even at 83, a writer can produce a blood-pumping adventure.
