Summary: A Frenchman reviews an oklahoma author
Review: I am from Paris and always thought of Oklahomans and other southerners as unsophisticated hillbillies. Jeff Brown has written a top rate novel that dispels these myths. He made me like the many Oklahoman characters. I would love to visit the state of Oklahoma some day. Thank you Jeff Brown.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: A terrific read
Review: I am from Russia and a dear friend from the U.S. sent me a copy of this novel. Jeff Brown may be a new author but he writes like a total pro. The characters populating the small Oklahoma town are realistically portrayed people. I may be Russian but this story set in Oklahoma still appeals to me. The characters are like people everywhere with the unique U.S. southern mindset. The novel is a very good mystery thriller. Jeff Brown has researched psychiatric diseases thoroughly for the plotline. I am recommending this piece of Oklahoma for my friends and family.

Summary: A great book from a promising young writer
Review: Stigler, Oklahoma native Jeff Brown has written a book which combines Oklahoma history with mystery and intrigue, romance and politics. He has written a rich book about the ordinary and eccentric types to be found in a small southern town. The book is a real page turner. This book would be a great introduction for people new to the mystery genre. Jeff is a promising young writer. I hope we see more gems from him in the near future. He really knows how to get into the heads of southern people in a positive way.
