Summary: Gripping adventure mystery with lots of action.
Review: A very gripping book of a Seal that escalates his role with every step he takes, with every step being logical next steps. In the book he gives you all the clues to figure out the next stage of whats happening as well, as well as the the clues to figure out who and where the action will be. How good of a investigator are you?
As far as all the items that are used in the Book, whether military or civilian are actual items, with some minor changes to fit into the storyline, which makes the story very believeable. All the locations and the buildings are actual places.
The surprise ending is a real twister, though he gave the clue early on, it was very discreet.
A very gripping book that is hard to put down once one gets into it.

Review: Dawn Strike, by Phil Gothro, is a very good story. I liked it a lot. It's a tale about a Navy Seal sent on a journey of danger, intrigue, and political backstabbing. The characters are well-developed and the plot compelling. The reason I gave Mr. Gothro's book four-stars instead of five was because of the obvious lack of editing. I would also like to add the lack of editing by the publisher of this book was not a distraction in the flow of the story. I liked the story a lot.

Summary: Great Storyline
Review: Right from the start Gothro gets you into the storyline with his vivid details and storyline. He definatly rivals Clancy in this book. So few authors have the ability to write as fluidly. Once I began to read the book I had a very hard time putting it down at all. Can't wait for his next book.
