Summary: The Way High Tech Really Works..
Review: C. J. Westwick has finally showed us ordinary folk how the high tech world we know exists can interact here and thousands of miles away. Few of us are under any illusions that we aren't being watching in many ways, by this gizmo, or that monitor. But how does all this match up with government screens in high-security facilites? Read this novel and be enlightened and frightened while entertained in a fast-paced novel which doesn't just have the heroes wielding glocks and magnums. For us gun lovers, we get a nice array of other hand-held goodies used, while learning a heck of a lot about Columbia's green. An exciting boat trip turned out to be a necessary device, and once again, the author ties all together, while demonstrating a huge knowledge of advanced defensive and offensive gadgets, weaponry, electonics and explosives.

It's always amazing when someone you know personally does such a bang-up, pun intended, job. Could it be that his army stint as an M. P., plus a relative's professional law-enforcement training helped sharpen his insight?

Summary: "WOW" of a 1st book!
Review: Has the flavor of a Nelson DeMille novel! Many twists & turns of the plot, interesting characters, & unbelievable amount of research must have gone in to developing this story. I'm looking forward to your next book!

Summary: You must buy two copies at the same time!
Review: If you are married, you must buy two copies at the same time. My husband read it first and keep talking about how great it was. He wanted to discuss the various exciting scenes/events, but I hadn't read it yet. I kept pressuring my husband to read it faster. Once he was done he kept pressuring me to read it faster...so we could discuss it.

It is absolutely one of the most exciting, fast moving books I have read in years. The character development is excellent.

Mr. Westwick, when are you coming out with the sequel? Soon I hope...and this time we will buy two copies at the same time!

Summary: The next James Patterson ??
Review: This was an action-packed, spy techno-adventure mystery that totally engrosses the reader. It kept my brain working non stop. I was never just an observer, but always right there -- asking questions and learning information right along with the characters. Information is power, and this kind of informed espionage makes the suspense extremely powerful. Westwick incorporated gee-wiz technology, but all of it was real-life so that you understood it all -- it was not "mysterious" -- just super high-tech. The amount of research that went into this novel is awesome!

The characters and dialog are very real. Therefore, in spite of the surreal surroundings, you completely relate to all the characters -- especially his female, Abby, who is very strong (yet feminine), and not there only to be "politically correct". You don't just finish Caribbean Green and put it down... and you don't just say "that was a great story"... what you do is find yourself pondering more about it and realizing that you actually learned a wealth of information! I can't help thinking "James Patterson" as an analogy.

The best part is that it was so well done, it was difficult to know what was reality and what was fiction. I feel as if I know Bret and Abby, and I hope there is a sequel.
