Summary: Our Compromised Legal System
Review: "INNOCENCE TURNED DEADLY" is a poignant, disturbing story about dirty cops who act through the dirty courts supporting dirty drugs all the way up to the Governor of Kentucky (where his book is banned), giving only the false perception of law and order, but how their justice system really works. In collaboration, they employed mercenaries who became the instant judges, juries, and executioners hired by the Federal government who ate their own. This indicates to me, the drug corruption is going all the way to the White House via the DOJ, as evidence by the CIA's own documents. Unbeknownst to the patriotic individuals who joined the Unicorns, which appears to be a farcical protectionism scam to conceal the real thugs, and their heroic existence later disavowed by those who co-opted them. I'm sure it's a true autobiography and only the names are fictitious. Duncan had to have been there to personally experienced the diabolical details of corruption first hand. It will keep you in constant suspense. Did you ever read a book, you wished would never end? This is it -- a great read! Looking forward to the sequel.

Summary: Veil of Oz
Review: An interesting and violent story told in the first person, where the author uses his own name for the lead character. I'm thinking that fiction may only play a role concerning the names of the others involved. There's a duality expressed with the behaviour of men in this story, where violence is used as a tool to combat corruption. But the secrecy behind this authorized violence eventually becomes a whispering voice of disturbance for the author. The ensuing subtle awareness of self becomes a positive example of how life and time will erode a veneer of justification and ignorance. I wish to thank the author for putting his story to paper.

Summary: Awaiting the next masterpiece...
Review: Duncan O'Finioan's first effort is a hard-hitting expose' of what really goes on behind the scenes of our police departments and government agencies.

Although this book is listed as a novel "based on fact", it appears Innocence Turned Deadly is ALL FACT. As the author lays out the story, it seems he is laying out his life to every reader.

Innocence Turned Deadly is a superb work of (non) fiction. A must-read!

I give Duncan O'Finioan's masterpiece FIVE STARS, and I highly recommend it to those who seek the truth.

Summary: Exposed truth, from inside; The War on Drugs
Review: Ever watch a Chuck Norris movie, and enjoy seeing the bad people being defeated; only to remind yourself that the movie is just fiction? Here the author tells you in advance that only 15% is fiction. Follow him through his years of upbringing, where he learns many skills from grandfather, father, mother and martial arts instructor who was taught by Chuck Norris.
Continue to follow him as he becomes friends with a KY State Trooper that leads him to train with a secret Para Military unit. This unit thrusts him into the real War on Drugs, where action packed situations quickly yield to the death of fellow unit members and their targets. The author describes each scenario, to allow you to feel like you are actually there! You will know that the described events are real situations because there are vivid descriptions of the injuries to everyone, even the main character. While on a stake out mission, the author gets knocked out, only to be tied up, beaten very badly and even had a knife thrust into his thigh. As you read this book, the words Ultimate Warrior may come to your mind, but you will not read those words.
Are you a good police officer, that is frustrated by the few bad cops on your department. Follow what happens to a bad cop involved with the drug trade.
Learn about how the big coal companies shifted from coal to drugs and how public officials, law enforcement personnel, judges, and politicians; all got involved to better themselves.
The good must expose the bad, as this book does very well! Consider sending this book to a friend in KY.

Summary: Police, Politics and Drugs
Review: I found the book a fast read. The author writes with great insights into each situation. The Federal Goverment, The State Goverment And Special Police force work to protect their drug operations no matter what the cost in Human lives. This seems to be hidden to all news media. This book Innocence Turned Deadly does a good job of revealing the behind the scene facts

Summary: FICTION ???
Review: This "fiction" would make a great move ! It is about one man trying to do his best for a god cause or maybe a patriotic citizen doing the right thing (whatever that may be) ?
It is a raw tone from the beginning to the end without any excuses thereby making it so refreshing ! Duncan gets an offer he cant resist to eliminate drug dealers and those involved in it ! He becomes recruted as a member of the "Unicorns" a secret group that doesnt exist on the paper ! He seems to get his job done in a very efficient & proffesional way,But after a time he starts to think deeper of what he is doing maybe because of his friend Sean another member of the Unicorns ! Duncan seems to come to the conclusion that they may not really eliminate drug dealers for real,But rather protect the rulers from competiton in the drug dealing business. So in the end of the book after many personal losses he seems to try to break free from his former "employers" which is easier said than done and hell brakes lose !
According to me the whole book is a "prologue" for what is coming and I sure hope to get my hands on the sequel ?,Did I say it was a Fiction ? In my opinion Absolutely Not ! Thats why I couldnt put the book down until I had finished it,This book is for those few people who wants to know "truth" no matter how ugly it may look and that deception may have many liers or layers or lawyers and nothing is either black or white and it is very interesting to get some insight into the thougt processes from someone involved in "black" projects !
Did I miss anything ? Yes maybe some clarification of some words and their "local" meaning that could benefit those that are not so familiar with American "culture" or language !
If you are interested in "similar" material I can strongly suggest these 3 options and to the author himself I can only wish him good luck in his stories...

Secret Weapons-Cheryl & Lynn Hersha
Project Superman-Andy Pero (...)
Trance-Formation of America-Cathy O Brien & Mark Philips

Summary: Real- No Messing Around -Reading Here!
Review: This was not only a easy book to read and storyline to follow, but it draws you in and has you 'living' the situations as they occure.

It 'draws' to that dark side, ( as well as the good ), of you and make's you scream 'Yea! Go get 'em!'

This is a book I'll strongly recommened to anyone -wake up - and smell the gunpowder.
