Summary: WOW--Couldn't put it down!
Review: It was just like being there again. Although the book is fiction, the situations, settings, characters and scenarios are much like the ones I encountered during my five years in the same environment. I look forward to more to come. I know that it was a challenge for Mr. Frayne to pare down the material for one book. Keep it coming!

Summary: INTRIGUE IN ARABIA
Review: This book is spot on when it describes the conditions expatriates experience in Saudi Arabia. I spent several years living in Saudi and this book brought back floods of memories.
Driving is a contact sport just as the author describes. I'm sure this book is now on the Saudi banned list which makes it even more appealing to me. Nice work Mr. Frayne. I loved the characters, they reminded me of some of the wonderful individuals found in Joseph Wambaugh's books. I am anxiously awaiting the next book from this author.

Summary: Good Author
Review: Typical of good writers such as Michael Crichton and Tony Hillerman, Mr. Frayne uses common events and situations to weave a story with both entertaining and educational qualities. The story line is really good and many of us are also very interested in Arab culture due to current world events. This book gives me some additional insight from a man who has experienced twelve years in Saudi Arabia.

Review: Vitamin Wow gave me a tremendous insight as to what it is like to live and work in the Middle East. It was an easy book to read and also one that kept my interest up throughout the entire book. It's one of those rare books that one cannot put down because the reader wants to know what happens next. I would heartily recommend Mr. Frayne's first book to anyone who is in the least bit interested in what goes on in that part of the world...Really made me appreciate living in the United States. regardless of the US's shortcomings!!!

Summary: A little taste of home
Review: What a marvelous tale of intrigue told with the sense of humor required to successfully live in another culture! I lived in Arabia for a couple decades and recognized in the book many of the colorful characters in persons I interacted with and unusual situations I found myself in on a day-to-day basis. The author's sense of place and humor aids in constructing a common view of expatriate life in the Kingdom while guiding us through an intriguing plot.
