Review: Add Vicky Hunnings to my list of favorite authors. Her two books, THE BRIDE WORE BLOOD and DEATH ON A CELLULAR LEVEL, are great reads with beleivable plots and interesting characters. You feel like you know "Shark" and "Dell" immediately. Can't wait for the next one !!

Summary: A new star is on the horizon
Review: I have thoroughly enjoyed the two books by Hunnings that I have read! The Bride Wore Blood and now Death on a Cellular Level. The book is entertaining from chapter one through the final word. I will read anything this lady writes. How refreshing to find NEW talent;

Review: I love reading Hunnings books. She writes realistically but always has a challenge and a twist in her plots. Her books move along easily and you feel the characters are your neighbors and or friends. I truly enjoy her writing and will continue to buy each book she may write in the future.

Review: If you like THE BRIDE WORE BLOOD, you will love DEATH ON A CELLULAR LEVEL. Hunnings writes a fast-paced, tightly woven tale that will keep you spellbound till the very last page. What I liked about this book is that she has more fully developed the characters. Cece is so real she could be your nextdoor neighbor. If you have a friend who's a mystery lover, buy him or her a copy for a special occasion. You'll score big points!Jo Williams

Review: If you liked Vicky Hunnings first book THE BRIDE WORE BLOOD, her second offering DEATH ON A CELLULAR LEVEL proves to be a far superior read. A must for every "Low Country" dweller! The plot is tight and fast moving, the characters well-fleshed and believable, and the dialog first-rate. Utilization of the detectives "Shark" and Dell from Book One give the reader that familiar sense of continuity. This is a great book to curl up with undistracted on those cold winter nights ahead. Just don't answer your cell phone!
