Summary: Tabor's Miller's Rules is No Ka Oi
Review: A friend of mine in S.C. recommended this book to me and I was very pleasantly surprised. I actually read this book in one sitting. I haven't done that since the same friend recommended Pat Conroy's Prince of Tides several years back, and I am an avid reader. Tabor creates very lifelike characters that the reader can relate to, hate , admire and envy. He has an uncanny knack of creating vivid settings and realistic situations. There is no lack of conflict or complication in this novel. Tabor hooks you from the onset and throws you back and forth in time as English Mason tries to prevent his best friend Miller Dispenberg from controlling his soul. The story is riddled with humorous antecdotes that are set against a very disturbing plot that embodies murder, betrayal, sex, and a very unique look at the underground political scene and one very peculiar Senate race. Miller's Rules has already made the rounds in the Lahaina literary community.Tabor is one "akamai bruddah". I am anxiously awaiting his next book.

Summary: Well done
Review: I have been away from the American political game for some time now, but Tabor's book drew me back in as if I had never been away. A jolly good effort.I look forward to the lad's next effort.

Summary: Hate to read?
Review: I used to hate to read. One of my friends told me that they just finished what is now their all time favorite novel. I didn't really care about hearing what he was telling me, so he told me to stop being lazy and to pick up the book and read it. He bet me I couldn't finish reading it in a week. Since he bet me, I just had to read it. I started off hating the book. I couldn't believe I was actually reading a book that wasn't assigned. I didn't finish the book in a week; I finished it in three days! After the first couple of chapters I couldn't put it down. It was wonderful. In fact I loved it so much I read it again. I can't wait until Wade Tabor writes another book, so I can have something else to read.

Summary: Mind and Body grabbing
Review: My wife bought this for me on a whim and I finished it in two days. The beginning pulls you in, and instantly you're caught up in the lives of English and Miller. I thought the ending was outstanding, and found myself reading the epilogue over and again in disbelief. A kicking good yarn!!
