Summary: Excellent and Exciting!
Review: That Yukon is a GOOD DOG!!! This is a wonderful book ...a real page turner! Hansson is at least as impressive as Tony Hillerman and I'd like to see this book as a part of an archaeological mystery series on PBS or as a blockbuster movie on the big screen.

As an appreciator of fine murder mysteries, I can tell you that this book has just the right blend and balance of elements that I like to see and it reaches a satisfying conclusion. There are no holes in the logic of the mystery, the characters and dialog seem true to life, and the information that a non-archaeologist would need to know flows seamlessly into the mind as the reader enjoys the adventures in the book.

I feel that I could know the characters, though any resemblance to any actual person, living or dead, is purely coincidental and they are unlike anybody I do know.

Someday, I'll haul to a garage sale a number of books that I've started and maybe never finished, while this book will continue to enjoy a happy home and occasionally go on loan to friends and family. I will definitely buy the video when it comes out!
