Rating: Summary: Entertaining Review: Honeymoon features FBI Agent John O'Hara who is undercover attempting to make a case against Nora Sinclair whom he suspects to have murdered her fiancé. In fact, he is convinced that she is a `black widow' and that this was not her only killing.
The story progresses with lots of interesting twists and turns throughout. There are surprises right up until the end.
It is really on a par with several of Patterson's better novels. This is a quick read that will keep the reader entertained the whole way.
Rating: Summary: Wonderful Review: Honeymoon is wonderful, it is great, it is griping. Having read James Patterson's earlier books before reading his recent titles such as London Bridges, I was beginning to get the impression that he was slipping. But Honeymoon dispelled that encroaching feeling. And now, I can look forward to his other titles with my earlier anticipation. This amazing thriller about a woman who murders her husband, then gets married and murders the other husband and later a fiancé, meets the standard James Patterson had created through his earlier works. The novel's characters are poignant but entertaining. And with the shortness of the chapters, the novel maintains the fast pace that makes all good stories page turners and books that are hard to set aside even for a short while. The details are plentiful.
With the rising number of black widows in our society, this book pierces the mindset of this growing phenomenon. Through Nora Sinclair, James Patterson successfully created one of the most intriguing characters ever. The plot is outstanding and leaves you guessing and wanting to know more from the opening pages of the novel until the very end. With its twists and turns, Honeymoon deserves all the credits as one of the most outstanding thrillers of the decade. Enjoy the ride with this book.

Rating: Summary: ENTERTAINING BUT NOTHING SPECIAL Review: How does this guy write so many book? Its a little suspicious if you ask me. Honeymoon is typical Patterson of late, a breeze thriller that while it is passably entertaining, it falls flat in a lot of ways. The story line is nothing original, the old Black widow routine (I felt like I had read this story before), and the author does put it all together in his easy to read style. I wouldn't spend my hard earned money on the hardcover price (I had a review copy through a friend in the industry, but wait for for paperback -- its a $6.95 story.
PS: I was a big fan of the early Patterson, "Kiss the Girls" ect. but feels he is now giving the reading public quantity over quality!
I can recommend "A Tourist in the Yucatan" fun thriller/mystery!

Rating: Summary: A TOTAL THRILL-READ! Review: I don't often read the thriller Genre but I'd heard this one was a great one. My friend was right, Patterson is a fantastic story teller, it's amazing how many twists and turns he takes you through without ever letting you know too much. It's fast paced like a movie and Nora is a great character. I feel like I've met her before....which is scary.
If you haven't been into thrillers, try Honeymoon. IT'S AWESOME.
Rating: Summary: Most wonderful. Review: I enjoyed this book, fun lite hearted, just simple and good.
another book I must recommend is POETRY THAT HOLDS, STORIES UNTOLD. this book I would recommend to anyone and everyone.
A MUST READ!
Rating: Summary: Bittersweet Honeymoon Review: It seems James Patterson has reached a slump in his writing and is trying to dig himself out.
His latest work, Honyemoon, is his best effort yet. We can't forget the masterpieces that are Kiss the Girls, 1st to Die, and The Beach House. Honeymoon falls somewhere with these novels. It's good, but it's a redundancy. Patterson goes back to his old formula, a formula that has worked for him in the past. But it appears that we're reading 1st to Die, or The Beach House all over again. His characters need just a bit more development. One can't help but picture Alex Cross in the place of Honeymoon's protagonist.
It's true, the public enjoys the short chapters and the speed reading that Patterson provides, but much is left to wonder...what if Patterson should extend those chapters a bit more? What if Patterson would submerge us into the mind of the antagonist?
Honeymoon's villain is one of Patterson's most sinister creation. What a gift it would have been if the villain's personal history would have been spread out throughout the story, through the villain's eyes, and not in its final chapter.
But the reading is satisfying. We hope the Honeymoon is Patterson's stepping stone.
Rating: Summary: Awesome Read!!! Review: My fingers nearly burst into flames I was
turning the pages so fast! Patterson is in top form
with a story that others may have tried, but only he
nails to perfection. Better yet, he creates supposed
"loose ends" that aren't really so for the clever
reader. Great fun, and a great collaboration with
Roughan whose books I've also really enjoyed.
Rating: Summary: Absolutely Fantastic!!! Review: This book was incredibly good. I could not put it down; I read it in a single day. It was fast-paced and very gripping. I am a huge Alex Cross fan and tend to favor those books over all other Patterson books. However, Honeymoon was an awesome read.
