Summary: A Good Read
Review: This is far from being Ms Cameron's best work; but it is still a good read. Dialogue was good though transition between scenes was very often confusing; several times I flipped the page back thinking I had missed something. So many villains & the parents lack of involvement in the care of their severely injured daughter wasn't believable ... normal parents would want to see for themselves how she was. I own all Ms Camerons books and this is my first disappointment. I look forward to her next book.

Summary: Key West kept me guessing.
Review: This is my kind of book. Some sad things, and a lot of real hopeful and happy stuff. I got closer and closer to the edge of my chair. I noticed the mystery was real good but the love story was right there with it. It was great how Sonnie and Chris grew from the bad places they were in to being unbeatable together. They were sexy together, too. I hope there will be a book for Aiden Flynn.

Summary: Not one of Ms. Cameron's better books
Review: This is not one of Ms. Cameron's better books. The story was really slow moving. I liked Chris the hero alot. The secondary characters,Roy Bo and Aiden, were great. I didn't like Sonnie. She was so whiny. The only thing I didn't like about Chris was that he could love Sonnie. I would wait for this to come out in paper back.

Summary: Not bad....
Review: This is the second novel that I have read by Stella Cameron, the first being French Quarter, which I really enjoyed. I thought that this book started out strong. I felt myself being drawn into the drama and setting. Although many complained about the heroine, I thought she was well portrayed. Sonnie, a woman who was healing from an accident which almost took her life, returns to Key West to uncover the mystery of what happened that faithful night. She has been told things she does not believe. As I continued to read the book the question of Sonnie's sanity came into question. I found myself being drawn by the same question. Also, others arose: who was the mysterious blond man and was Ena, Sonnie's seemingly friendly neighbor, a friend or foe? These mysteries kept me hooked. And although we knew from the beginning who was involved the real question was how and why?

Now, the only reason I did not give this book a higher rating was because of the ending. Everything was leading up beautifully until the last few chapters of the book. I was left disatisfied. I felt that the explanations were muddled and without direction. The author ties up the loose ends with Sonnie and Chris but what about tying up the loose ends for the mystery itself? Romano and Billy were sort of forgotten at the end. But all in all not a bad read. I would definitely recommend Stella's previous romantic suspense, French Quarter.

Summary: Key West
Review: This was a completely annoying book to read. The heroine was a wimpy, unappealing person. She was described in the book as sweet, but she was boring and uninteresting. I can't believe Stella Cameron came up with such a disappointing story.

Summary: super suspense book

Summary: herky-jerky
Review: This was the strangest writing that Stella Cameron has ever done. I kept thinking I was turning too many pages...that's how herky-jerky the writing and plot were. I would go back and see that I had not missed anything...this was a annoying book to read. I don't know who the editor was on this book, but that person should be fired. And Cameron should be embarassed. Sonnie was a whiny wimp, and the match between her and some hunk never added up.

Summary: Loved it!
Review: What a fun book this was to read. The characters jumped off the page. Even the bad people in the story seemed so real. I really want to visit Key West now. I have not read Stella Cameron books before but I plan on reading all of her books now.

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: Don't waste your hard earned dollars on this wall-thumper!
Review: What a sorry excuse for romantic suspense. There was no suspense as the villians were revealed in the first chapter. That being the case, one would expect a well crafted storyline, characterizations and sense of place to carry the burden. No such luck. The characterizations were one dimensional and irritating! The plotting and dialogue were erratic and extremely annoying. The only marginally admirable aspect of this entire book was the sense of place; Key West itself was the most engaging character in the book, although that's not saying much. If there's anything I hate more than wasting money on a book, it's wasting my precious reading time on a wall thumper such as this.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Sexual Tension, Wicked Suspense, A wonderful Love Story
Review: When I read a romance I expect the love story to stay where I can see it. I don't want it buried under a mystery. Stella Cameron manages this very well. Every element of the story is strong. I fell in love with Chris Talon and Sonnie Giacano and had a great time hating the bad guys. This is a page-turner as hot as Key West itself.
