Summary: A VERY GOOD STORY
Review: I really enjoyed reading this book, it kept my interest and made for a pleasant read. . .The characters were very real to me, and the plot kept me surprised. Just when I knew what was going to happen next. . .it didn't! Good book! If you want to read another book that goes straight to your heart, read Stolen Moments by Barbara Jeanne Fisher. . .It is a beautiful story of unrequited love. . .for certain the love story of the nineties. I intended to give the book a quick read, but I got so caught up in the story that I couldn't put the book down. From the very beginning, I was fully caught up in the heart-wrenching account of Julie Hunter's battle with lupus and her growing love for Don Lipton. This love, in the face of Julie's impending death, makes for a story that covers the range of human emotions. The touches of humor are great, too, they add some nice contrast and lighten things a bit when emotions are running high. I've never read a book more deserving of being published. It has rare depth. Julie's story will remind your readers that life and love are precious and not to be taken for granted. It has had an impact on me, and for that I'm grateful. Stolen Moments is written with so much sensitivity that it made me want to cry. It is a spellbinder. What terrific writing. Barbara does have an exceptional gift!

Summary: Mystery/Suspense-NO WAY
Review: I thought this was going to be a Romantic Suspense Novel, but what I read was Romance (i.e sex) and not much suspense, not even a really good plot. The Cops and PIs did not follow any of the accepted rules of investigation-follow the money, look for the paper trails. Sonnie is not a heroine I'd want to look at twice. This book left a lot to be desired, unless you enjoy reading about bed hopping. The ending was predictable, the characters two dimensional and no plot to keep me reading. Bad bad bad. Thank Goodness this was my first, and now my last book for this author.

Summary: Disappointed
Review: I'm a big fan of Stella Cameron's books. I love nothing better then to get her lastest book. So, naturally I was thrilled to pick up Key West and settle down to it. Though the story in itself is a good one I found the the character of Sonnie to have a wimpy, hard to follow personality. Stella Cameron's writing in this book in general was hard to follow. This book just didn't flow like her others. Though I will again, buy any of her books. This one just plain disappointed me! Books are a matter of personal taste-you'll have to buy it and see for your self!

Summary: How stupid can people be? It deserves a minus rating!
Review: If you are expecting a Laurence Shames type novel, forget it! This book is boring, predictable and easily forgetable. I too kept thinking that I must be re-reading chapters. The characters keep doing and believing the same dumbs things over and over, and over and over, and over and over.....yuk! I finished the book just to prove that I could, and now regret the lost hours. There is nothing worth recommending here!

Summary: Excellent Read From Stella Cameron!
Review: Key West is another great read from Stella Cameron. The plot is tightly woven and full of twists and turns. There's a surprise around every corner, and even though you kind of know who all the bad guys are, the way it all fits together keeps this novel going. All in all, a very good book.

Summary: I loved this book.
Review: Key West provided me with hours of enjoyment. The plot was well thought out and very complex. The tension was so thick you could cut it with a knife. (and the passion was even better!)

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: This story is one twist after another--great stuff.
Review: Ms. Cameron never allowed me to get my feet under me. Each time I started to relax, something shocked me back to the edge of my seat. Sonnie is a great character. She's smart and sensitive, but really under attack from some awful people, but she never gives up although she does question herself. She's real human. Chris Talon is unforgettable. He isn't like any other man I've read about. And he's funny sometimes. His brother is funny, too. I enjoyed not liking Sonnie's sister!

Summary: Don't Bother
Review: Not only was this book boring, I found it extremely difficult to read. The paragraph structure has the reader jumping from one thought to another in every sentence. The characters were presented as either completely unbelievable (the sister and Romano) or incredibly stupid (Sonnie). About halfway through the book I asked myself how this author could say so little in so many words!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Don't plan on sleeping till the end!
Review: Sonnie and Chris have a lot of baggage but it makes the story tense from start to end. You fall in love with both of them. Sonnie is so brave and she doesn't lose her sense of humor even when she has to deal with people who want her out of the way. Chris is strong, but Sonnie makes him stronger while he gives her more courage. All the characters in the book are alive. Some of them you love and some you hate, but every one of them is interesting. I really like Roy and Bo--and the guys at the bar. Sonnie's sister is creepy! The car chase had me biting my nails--it was great.
