Rating: Summary: Fabulous Fantasy Review: FRIENDLY ENEMIES, the third book in Victoria Taylor Murray's LAMBERT SERIES is a continuation of the author's adult fantasy. From beginning to end, the series is captivating and each succeeding book better than the last. Nouri Sommers, heroine, faces betrayal from her husband and, unknowingly, her friends. While struggling to find true love, Nouri faces stalking, bullets, and the knowledge that someone has implacated her for murder. Romance and suspence glue readers to page after page of Murray's narrative. I Can't wait to pick up the last book in the Lambert Series. Great Series! Beverly J Scott author of RIGHTEOUS REVENGE
Rating: Summary: FIVE STARS! Review: I give writer Murray's "Friendly Enemies," five stars because I believe this book deserves it. I have been following this series from the very start and I think this writer is doing an excellent job tying all four books in her Lambert series together. I just ordered the final book and look forward to getting started on it. I'm dying to know if Nouri and Gabe wind up together forever. If you are into interesting romantic suspense novels then this is the book for you.
Rating: Summary: A book I had trouble putting down! Review: Friendly Enemies by Victoria Taylor Murray is a book I had trouble putting down. I loved the sexual tension that had been building between Nouri and Gabe in bk.2 of this series and continued throughout in this book (the 3rd. in the Lambert series) until the very end. FINALLY! Thank thank god! They go at it! And, I couldn't be more happy about it. But will it last between them now that Nouri's husband has been shot and killed during a shoot-out in a China Museum? Just ordered the last book in this fun series and look forward to seeing how it all works out!
Rating: Summary: Like a bottle of fine wine this series keeps getting better! Review: Book-one of this series, Thief of Hearts, introduced heroine, Nouri St. Charles Sommers to the world, as ell as Nouri's billionaire husband, Ethan Sommers, and the man that would forever secretly hold the key to her heart, high-powered attorney, Clint Chamberlain. In the second book of the Lambert series, Forbidden, we were introduced to another man from Nouri's past that she would forever have deep feelings for (her first real man) P.I. extraordinaire, Charles Mason. And now in book-three, we are introduced to a new love interest (a forbidden love) homicide detective Gabe Baldwin. A man that steals her breath away with his oh, so masterful forbidden kisses. Leaving her with feelings she can't explain, deny, or ignore! FRIENDLY ENEMIES is a delicious romantic-suspense that will have the reader screaming for the final book in this series, Le Fin. I have had a lot of fun following Nouri from page to page, chapter to chapter, and book to book. I can hardly wait to get my hands on Le Fin. I am dying to know which of the three men now in her life she will wind up with. Just as I think I have it all figured out ZING...another twist comes hurling my way. I love the suspense, the intrigue, and of course, the romance in this series.
Rating: Summary: And the beat goes on... Review: Murray keeps on keepin' on with her four book Lambert series. Whether she is including oldie's song lyrics or steamy sex scenes, she has a gift for writing a series...the retelling is not laborious and the characters keep your interest in their struggles and triumphs. Two thumbs way up! And the beat goes on...
Rating: Summary: Wow! Review: I have been a huge fan of Victoria Taylor Murray since her first book was released, and book three in the Lambert series proves this author's talent grows stronger with each book. With most series, by the third one, it all starts to get a little boring. Well, boring is not what you get here! No one can write romantic suspense like Murray. She's better than any of the bestselling authors out there. Her books sizzle and keep the reader enthralled. A great love story that will leave you wanting more. I am sure this series will catapult this author to bestselling status and I am anxiously awaiting number four. If I could give this book more than 5 stars, I would.
Rating: Summary: I am so hooked on this series! Review: I am so hooked on the Lambert series! I have had three visits to Murray's pretend island paradise and I cannot tell you how anxious I am to make the final journey! I think this firstime writer did a super job in tying everything altogether. Each book takes up exactly where the one before ended without missing a beat. I find that impressive. I hope Ms. Murray will continue to write more books in the romantic suspense category. She is a natural born writer in my opinion.
Rating: Summary: Seductive tale of love, lust, passions, Review: To be completely honest, I wasn't sure if I would like this soap or not but after finishing three of the four books in this series I freely admit...I love it! Going from one book to the next has been highly entertaining. I now feel as tho I know the key characters well enough to actually care what happens to them in the up and coming next book in the series, the grand finale..."Le Fin." I look forward to receiving my copy from Amazon.
