Summary: Colorful, Exciting, & Just Plain Hot !!!
Review: The first sentence in the book leaps off the page and grabs you! By the time I had finished the 3rd installment of this series I couldn't wait to dive into the last installment to see how Nouri and Gabe wind up. This soap read as a whole is just terrific and I truly like this new writer very, very much !!!

Summary: Multi-faceted and interesting!
Review: I like romantic/suspense novels that take me to new and exciting places without leaving both the security and comfort of my own home. The Lambert Series by Victoria Taylor Murray gave me hours and hours of total entertainment. The characters in her on-going soap read are just great. They were characters that I loved for the most part (except a few...the bad guys...which were so well-developed I enjoyed disliking them), of course, my favorite characters were the main ones but I sure had a great time getting to know them almost on a personal level. I was sad when this series ended because it was almost like saying goodbye to real friends. If you enjoy this exciting genre then this is one series you will love getting lost in. I can see why this new writer's Lambert Series is a bestseller. I'm happy to recommend it to anyone that enjoys a soap-opera-read.

Summary: Colorful Soap Opera,
Review: The Lambert series of four books is a colorful soap opera that captivated me from beginning to end. I really enjoyed myself! Treat yourself and read all four books. I know you'll have as much fun as I did.

The romance is sexy and the plot had me begging for more! I have no-doubt you'll feel the same way after reading this book! The Lambert Series by Victoria Taylor Murray is a captivating series going from book-to-book was a lot of fun! Try it, you'll like it!

Summary: Midwest Book Review - this author has me hooked
Review: Friendly Enemies picks up where Forbidden left off. Homicide Detective Gabe Baldwin is still protecting Nouri Sommers from someone who wants her dead. Despite his growing love for Nouri, Gabe is still fighting what he considers "forbidden fruit" - giving in to his desire for a woman loved by his best friend. The disappearance of her husband, murders at Lambert, and knowing she has been betrayed by husband, friends, and lovers takes a harsh toll on Nouri. She's beginning to see a pattern to her life and does not necessarily like what she sees. The author does a good job of portraying Nouri's crisis of understanding.

Her wealthy perverted husband is still missing. From all evidence, his wealth has been ill-gotten by associating with evil men around the world. Her best friend is plotting with a vicious killer to end Nouri's life. The man she thought was the love of her life - Clint Chamberlain - is cavorting with a sexy beauty in France despite his recent protestations of undying love and promises to stop playing the field. And the man she is beginning to love refuses to make love with her out of loyalty to his friend and fear that she will break his heart. It's a frightening and frustrating time for Nouri.

A few more loose ends are connected in Book Three of the Lambert Series. Nouri inches closer to what may possibly be genuine love. The devoted men in her life tolerate each other as "friendly enemies" to safeguard Nouri and her fortune. And readers are left wondering what the clincher will be in the final chapter, Le Fin. Until then, Ms. Murray keeps us all hanging, waiting for answers and wondering at the outcome. Friendly Enemies is recommended for mature readers due to sexual situations.

Summary: Just Loved it!
Review: FRIENDLY ENEMIES is the third in the Lambert series and like the first two, it had me on the edge of my chair, glued in, with my fingers ripping through the pages. I was so anxious to see what happened next that I couldn't get up for anything and I didn't not, till I finished. I just loved it and I think you will too.

Summary: Sort of Like a Soap Opera, A Very Good One!
Review: This series is sort of like a soap, no it is a soap, but a very good one. One that I just can't seem to get enough of. Excellent characters who I have come to know and love. They are like neighbors who've come to visit. And now I'm going to go on to the final book in the series and visit them once more.

Summary: The Third Time is the Charm
Review: I guess I just can't get enough of VTM's super excellent series. To borrow a word my folks used to use way before I was, born, it's supercalafragilisticexpialdoscious. I think I spelled it right. Anyway you get the picture and you should get this book, because it's a charmer, one that will steal away your sleep and one that you'll be talking about over the water cooler at work the next day.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Just Fantastic
Review: Wow! That's all I can say. How does VTM keep them so good. It's hard to believe, but like the first two in the series, I couldn't put this one down. Just simply fantastic. They don't get better than this.

Summary: Rick Man, Poor Man, Thief Of Hearts...
Review: I had a wonderful time with the Lambert series by Victoria Taylor Murray. I think most people who read this series through will agree. Buy all four books and judge for youself. I think Ms. Murray is a writer that shows a lot potential. I will look for more books by her to hit the stands in the not so distant future!
