Review: I'm a mystery lover, and my significant other gave me this book for Christmas. It is loaded with recipes provided by some of the leading mystery writers of our time. Included in this book are recipes by authors such as Robert Bernard, Linda Barnes, George Pelecanos, and, believe it or not, Dick Francis! Recipes from merging crime fiction authors such as Elaine Viets, K.J.A. Wishnia, Marilyn Meredith, Twist Phelan, Kent Braithwaite, L.C. Hayden, and Irene Marcuse are also featured. Edgar Allan, Raymond Chandler, and Agatha Christie have additional recipe suggestions in the book. Jo Grossman and Robert Weibezahl did an amazing job pulling these selections together. A Second Helping of Murder is a fun cookbook, suitable for the mystery lover and non-lover alike.
