Rating: Summary: Great book! Review: It was a book that I didn't want to put down. I put Jane Kerr Colhoff in the same class as JAJance, Tony Hillerman, PJ Parrish, etc. Will be waiting for her next book which I hope won't be long in coming.
Rating: Summary: This book is a 10!!!!! Review: Without a doubt, this is the best book I have read in years. As an avid fan of Don Coldsmith, Tony Hillerman, and Zane Grey, I can say without reservation, this author has them all beat. If you like Law and Order, CSI, or books on Native Americans, you won't be able to put this one down. From the first page, you are caught up in the life of Hattie Gerald and the intrigue and danger that surrounds her search for truth and justice. As a Lakota, I commend her honesty and thank her for "telling it like it is". You have great honor, Jane Kerr Colhoff.
Rating: Summary: Bones In the Badlands Review: Wow! I've always wanted to visit South Dakota, especially The Badlands. I just did. While reading Jane Kerr Colhoff's new book, I experienced unique scenery through the eyes of a Native American and a photographer; made a great friend in "Hattie", the heroine; and, just for kicks I was along for the ride in solving a murder! Can't wait to see what Hattie and her friends are up to in their next adventure. Animal lovers and environmentalists should love this book, too. There's something for everyone. Keep them coming Ms. Colhoff.
