Rating: Summary: Wonderful Review: Mary Higgins Clark is a master. This book has the best surprise ending since Craig Furnas's THE SHAPE. I couldn't put YOU BELONG TO ME down, and might even read it a second time
Rating: Summary: Still the best who-dunnit author Review: A warning to all readers! Don't pick up one of her books if you have an early morning wake-up; you find that "only one more chapter" stretches way into your sleep hours. This time, Dr. Laura, er, Dr. Susan kept getting her listeners killed, and she even loses some blood, but.... Sure, a lot of it is predictable, but it's still entertaining, it's NOT X-rated, and the white hats win in the end. I wonder how she comes up with all these plots? Hope she has another book on the way. Keep it up, Ms. Clark. (Momma Clark, that is!)
Rating: Summary: A Great Whodunit Book!!! What a Storyteller!!! Review: Mary Higgins Clark is a fabulous storyteller. The plot is believable, the characters are realistic, and the setting is perfect for a mystery. The killer could have been any one of three possible characters. Clark gave just enough clues to keep the reader guessing. You Belong To Me would make a great movie. Sharon Stone would be perfect for Dr. Chandler. I highly recommend this book. It is a quick and easy read.
Rating: Summary: A great who done it Review: Once again, Mary Higgins Clark had me second guessing all the way- I knew who it was one minute, then read the next chapter and was sure it was someone else and so on. It was a captivating book and one that I had a difficult time putting down. Definitely a must read!!!!
Rating: Summary: The Book was Excellent although it could have been better Review: Although the plot and story of the book were excellent, in the end it didn't really suprise me who turned out to be the "bad guy". I think the greatest shock - ending Mary ever wrote was "Let Me Call You Sweet Heart". All in all, I would have to say she did an excellent job on her book, as always, and maybe she could get a screen play out of one of them again.
Rating: Summary: I highly recommend this book. Review: I love the character of Dr. Susan Chandler!! I couldn't put this book down. I just had to keep reading, and the ending is perfect!
Rating: Summary: Always a pleasure to read MHC's stories. Review: I just finished reading "You Belong to Me" and thoroughly enjoyed it. I am looking forward to her next book. Mary Higgins Clark's stories are easy to read and interesting whether the plots are complicated or not.. It is enjoyable to get lost in a good mystery. When is her next book coming to our bookstores?
Rating: Summary: Excellent Read! Review: I am a huge MCH fan, I read every new book just because her name is on it. I thought I'd solved the mystery after the first 4th chapter, but I was completely surprised at the ending.
Rating: Summary: I think this is Mary Higgins Clark's best to date! Review: This was a real page turner! Couldn't put it down. I honestly did not know "who did it" until the end of the book! I don't want to give away the ending, but it will surprise you! A must read, for sure!
Rating: Summary: What a waste of time! Review: I borrowed this audio-cassette in order to pass the time on a road trip, and I had to force myself to listen to the whole thing. The main character was an idiot, and the idea that she alone could figure out this 4 year old crime in the matter of days was a joke. The story was predicatable and held absolutely no suspense. Mary Higgins Clark, can't you do better than this? If you MUST read or listen to this book, do yourself a favor and check it out from the library. It's not worth your money.
