Summary: What suspense!
Review: I rarely read through a book in just one weekend, but I couldn't put "Another Life" down! I had to know what happened to Sharon/Janice next. What a terrifying situation to be in!

Summary: Never Wish to Be Somebody Else. You Might Be Sorry. . . .
Review: I read Anders' last book, THE FLOWER MAN, and found it engrossing and scary. ANOTHER LIFE is even better! It reads as if it is a true story, although I know it is fiction. The main character picks a new life--because she has to to survive, but she makes a terrifying mistake in doing so. Someone is watching her and waiting for her to let her guard down, but she has no idea where the danger is coming from. If I ever catch myself wishing to be someone else, I will think twice. You never know what frightening secrets some people live with--not until you step into their skin. This is a dynamite plot, and Anders certainly knows how to build suspense!

Summary: The gal sure knows how to write a suspense thriller!
Review: I read Anders' other suspense book, The Flower Man and liked it a lot but I just came across Another Life in Miami when I was catching a plane and it IS GREAT! I don't know how she comes up with her ideas, but she can make the hairs stand up on the back of your neck.

She is one fine writer. Hope she comes out with another book SOON. I like to think nothing much scares me but I wouldn't want to be reading this alone on my boat at night. But I guess that's the point of a mystery and this author knows what she is doing!

Summary: I couldn't put the book down. Anders did a geat job !!!!
Review: I really enjoyed the book. The northwest setting was fitting for the suspense. I read it in one setting. I think Anders had a real connection with her subjects. I think this is Anders best work. Looking forward to the next one.

Summary: The Other Woman's Life is Greener?
Review: Terrified, Sharon escapes from her abusive husband and finds a new home in Seattle. Her sense of security is soon shattered by shadowy figures lurking in the dark, eerie phone calls, and a series of near fatal mishaps. Although not a white knuckle thriller, Another Life is an engaging mystery.

Summary: OH MY WORD!! GREAT BOOK!!!!
Review: This book is a MUST read!!! I read this book in two days. I was sick one week end and read the whole book in that weekend. I have a 1 1/2 year old boy and was still able to spend time with him. During his nap times I really got to read alot. The suspense and the thrill and the rush you get reading this book is awesome. I haven't been able to sit and read a book straight thru like that in years. I would find myself cooking lunch and I was also reading the book at the same time. (burnt lunch). I am now inthe process of reading the Flower man and that too is GREAT!!! Must read both!@!!!!!!

Summary: Wow! A womans worst nightmare!
Review: This book was filled with spine tingling suspense! I actually found the book online, my local bookstore said it was out of print and that they could not order it for me. Boy, am I glad I went through the trouble to get it. Even before I got through the Prologue I had goosebumps! If you have not read this, go and get it right now, you will be thankful you did. It is a great addition to any suspense lovers collection.
